All Carpet Cleaning areas to be cleaned are pre-treated with detergent-NOT just the visible spots and stains
AGITATION
Detergents are "raked" or "brushed" into the carpet to ensure the cleanest result. Clean Carpet fibers need agitation just like clothes receive in a washing machine.
EXTRACTION
Detergents are extracted from the carpet using hot water and a neutralizing rinse that removes all dirt and residue left behind after the agitation process. We use the proper extraction method, which does not leave behind "crunchy" carpet or cause rapid re-soil.
